Join us on a special AVIXA Tour of the unique AV installations at the National WWII Museum.
The tour will begin with lunch and a presentation by Paul Parrie, AVP of Operations, who will explain the museum’s history and the master plan for technology.
After lunch, Bret Bohnet, the Director of Theater and AV Systems and staff will treat you to a behind-the-scenes look at the AV systems including the 4-D movie tech booth equipment, operations, show log and master control and the theater’s equipment, operations and maintenance. Then you will walk through the exhibits to see the projectors, audio and show controls, and hear about the story, construction and technology for the Final Mission exhibit.
Following the tour, attendees are free to explore the museum and see the 4-D movie before returning to the hotel.
This event is optional and a separate registration fee applies, which includes transportation to the museum and lunch. The fee is $99 for AVIXA premium and elite members and $149 for non-members.
